Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and data engineering
Data ingestion, modelling, Power BI dashboards, Fabric pipelines, large datasets and operational exports connected into one delivery system.
Management and operational dashboards
Pipelines and reusable governed datasets
Verified production export workload
The real problem was broader than one slow report. Data arrived from different operational sources, management needed reliable Power BI views, teams needed reusable datasets, and detailed Excel outputs still had to preserve strict business formats.
The platform therefore had to cover ingestion, transformation, semantic modelling, dashboards, Fabric orchestration and high-volume operational delivery without splitting the source of truth.
We designed the work as an end-to-end data platform: sources enter through controlled pipelines, business logic is modelled once, insight is delivered through Power BI, and detailed operational outputs remain reliable at production scale.
The platform combines fast decision views with dependable detailed output. One verified export workload contained 10,937 projects, 43,748 tabs and 612,472 property rows. Its five-sheet XLSX was produced from a production copy in about 15 seconds while preserving structure and formatting. Separate energy-reporting work also delivered template-driven individual and combined Excel reports grounded in supplied production examples.

The value is in the connected architecture: the dashboard, dataset, pipeline and operational report all use the same governed business logic.
APIs, databases, spreadsheets and operational source systems.
Cleaning, validation, mapping and repeatable business rules.
Semantic datasets, relationships, measures and DAX logic.
Microsoft Fabric pipelines, dataflows and scheduled processing.
Power BI dashboards for management and operational teams.
Streaming and template-driven Excel outputs for detailed workflows.
We can turn the constraint into a clear, testable system.
